1) Returns (30-Day Policy)

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • It must include original tags (if applicable) and be in the original packaging

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

2) How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at pedrogoncalves221@outlook.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you want to return

  • The reason for return (optional, but helpful)

  • Photos (required only if the item arrived damaged/incorrect)

Important: Returns must be requested and approved before sending anything back. Items returned without prior authorization may be refused.

If your return is approved, we will send:

  • A return shipping label (when applicable), and

  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

3) Damages, Defects & Wrong Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at pedrogoncalves221@outlook.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

4) Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions)

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care / beauty products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns for:

  • Sale/clearance items

  • Gift cards

5) Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to:

  1. Request and complete a return for the original item, then

  2. Place a new order for the replacement item once the return is accepted

6) European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must still meet the eligibility conditions:

  • Unused/unworn, with tags (if applicable)

  • In original packaging

  • Proof of purchase included

7) Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or declined.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • You should receive the refund within 10 business days

  • Your bank/card issuer may take additional time to post the refund
